Our apartment pension Haus Friederike is a cozy holiday home – a place to relax and simply feel good. It is located in a quiet neighbourhood in the village centre of Ellmau and offers a beautiful view over the Wilder Kaiser mountain range.

We are renovating in spring 2012 to add four new flatlets on the first floor (above ground floor). They are for two to four persons and offer a living area of about 50 square metres each. Additionally they will be designed according to the principles of European Feng shui. All flatlets are bright, open spaced, feature a balcony, a separate sleeping room with a bathroom and have a hair-dryer, SAT TV, a safe, a kitchenette with oven as well as a living room with a convertible bed couch and a dining table.

Bed linen and towels are provided. Two comfortable lounges (one for smokers) are available. You are welcome to enjoy our breakfast buffet with organic products from Austria or use our bread delivery service. Our house has energised tap water (through “Grander” technology). Parking space for your car is situated right next to the house.
